Healthy hair does what it is supposed to with little to no fuss—it simply looks good as is. Many believe that long hair is indicative of healthy hair, and that simply is not true. Long hair can be damaged hair.  Healthy hair, no matter its length, has several telltale signs.

 Healthy hair is soft to the touch. A healthy head of hair feels luxuriously good. It does not feel rough, dry or brittle. It is practically irresistible to touch. In fact, it’s hard not to want to play in a head of healthy hair all day.
